8th Advanced Technology Forum Held at NTP Niš

The 8th Advanced Technology Forum was held at the Science and Technology Park in Niš, bringing together experts and representatives from the field of technological innovations. The forum was attended by the Minister of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation, Dr. Jelena Begović, who spoke on the panel "Serbia: Land of Science, Land of Innovation".

"The Government of the Republic of Serbia is investing in the scientific and innovation ecosystem of our country, working to ensure that the infrastructure available to our scientists and innovators is worthy of the results we aim to achieve in these areas. The projects and programs conducted by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation are well-aligned with these plans. All institutes that will be part of the BIO4 Campus have joined the transformation process under the SAIGE project, and we are already seeing results. We are not waiting; we are actively preparing the scientific community to be ready to become part of the BIO4 Campus infrastructure when the space is ready for occupancy in two years", emphasized Dr. Jelena Begović.

The Forum also featured a panel titled "Intelligent Transport Systems and Autonomous Vehicles: A Global Perspective", in which the advisor to the President of the Assembly, Stefan Badža, participated.

During the panel, participants discussed the latest trends and challenges in the development of intelligent transport systems, autonomous vehicles, and artificial intelligence, highlighting global perspectives and applications of these technologies in improving the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of transportation.

The Advanced Technology Forum in Niš provided an important platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences, once again underscoring the significance of investment in technology and innovation for the future development of Serbia.
