Launch of the Serbian European Digital Innovation Hub on AI – S4AI_HUB

The project will be implemented in collaboration with 22 key partners from various institutions in Serbia. Its main goal is to accelerate digitalization and the adoption of artificial intelligence in business, with a special focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups.

The project has received €1.7 million in funding through the Digital Europe program, with additional support from the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation and the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications. In cooperation with consortium members, S4AI_HUB will enable businesses and startups to enhance their operations by integrating AI technologies.

Key Services of S4AI_HUB

Participants will have access to four core services:

• Networking and collaboration – connecting with relevant stakeholders and experts

• Capacity building – training and education on AI and digitalization

• Testing before investment – an opportunity to test AI solutions before implementation

• Securing investments – support in identifying funding opportunities

In addition to project partners, representatives from state institutions attended the event, including:

• Prof. Dr. Miroslav Trajanović, State Secretary at the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation

• Nikola Bićanin, Acting Assistant Minister for Information Society and Information Security at the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications

S4AI_HUB aims to promote understanding, integration, and application of AI technologies in the economy, thereby contributing to competitiveness and the long-term sustainability of Serbia’s business ecosystem.
