He stated that Serbia has a strong desire to become a leader in copper production and highlighted that our country exports the most in the field of information and communication technology.
"We are ranked 46th in IT products. We want to join partners when it comes to artificial intelligence", said Vucic.
He also pointed out that Serbia was the first in the region to develop a strategic plan in 2019 and thanked "Chinese friends" who, together with their experts, enabled Serbia to draft this strategic document.
"We have established the Institute for Artificial Intelligence, as well as the National Artificial Intelligence Platform. We are building the 'BIO4 campus,' which will be one of the key biotechnological hubs in Europe", added Vucic.
The President of the Republic of Serbia stated that the "Belt and Road" initiative is evolving into a global project of impressive proportions based on infrastructure connectivity by land, sea, air, and cyberspace, through trade, financial technology investments, virtual connectivity, and linking people through culture, tourism, education, and science.
