During the presentations and panels that followed, innovative solutions for the application of artificial intelligence in monitoring population trends were presented. Progress in building capacity for AI application in the public administration of the Republic of Serbia was discussed by speakers including Tijana Jokić (Government of RS Population Issues Team), Isak Kim (project leader), Changwan Ju (DGCC Director), Sean Lee (CSLee), and Biljana Marić (Assistant Director of the Office for IT).
Snezana Antonijević, Assistant Director of the National Academy for Public Administration, presented the educational offerings, experiences, and results of the Academy in strengthening the government's capacities in the fields of new technologies, big data, and artificial intelligence, as well as the directions for further development in this area.
