University of Kragujevac

The first master's degree program in artificial intelligence at the University of Kragujevac is a collaboration between The Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Economics. The purpose of this study program is to improve the development of artificial intelligence in our nation and to educate students for work in the economy in the field of artificial intelligence.

The University of Kragujevac's one-and-a-half-year master's degree in Serbian and English - Information Technology is the result of collaboration between top IT firms and educational institutions. This multidisciplinary curriculum encompasses electrical engineering and computers, engineering (mechanical, biomedical, etc.), mathematics, computer science, information technology, data analysis, software development, testing, and delivery, organizational sciences, and other related fields. Students gain exposure to real-world business challenges through required internships in businesses and direct interaction with industry professionals.

The purpose of the one-and-a-half-year master's degree in Serbian and English - Development of computer games at the University of Kragujevac is to combine technical and natural-mathematical faculties with art faculties, as well as firms functioning in the creative industries sector. The program brings together professors from the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Philology and Arts, the Institute of Information Technology, and the Faculty of Science, as well as lecturers from overseas and representatives from software businesses. The curriculum focuses on digital arts, narrative strategies, game creation, animation, music, and computers. Students are given a professional internship in one of the University's software firms.

In 2022, the University of Kragujevac will enroll the first generation of students in two-year master's academic studies in Serbian and English - Artificial Intelligence. This program covers analysis, data processing and protection, machine and deep learning, distributed computing and their applications, virtual reality, as well as methods and skills in software development, testing, and delivery, knowledge and ability to use existing algorithms, as well as understanding and developing new algorithms to meet the specific requirements of various areas of human activity (industry, agriculture, health, public administration, education). In required internships, students are exposed to real-world business difficulties.
